HR Manager

We are on the lookout for an exceptional HR Manager who thrives on challenges, dreams big, and believes in cultivating excellence in our team. As the HR Manager at Evytal, you will lead the charge in shaping our human resources processes, fostering a vibrant, diverse, and productive work environment, and using your progressive mindset to find and implement new, efficient, and suitable technologies to foster innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Alchemist: Unearth top talent through a recruitment process that’s as creative as it is methodical. Your ability to identify and attract the best is key.

  • People Whisperer: Be the go-to person for employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that our team thrives in a positive work atmosphere.

  • Performance Champion: Implement performance evaluation processes that ignite motivation, provide constructive feedback, and support career development and growth. Conduct evaluation meetings with employees and draft performance improvement plans when necessary.

  • Policy Maestro: Craft and enforce HR policies that set the tone for a fair, equitable, and dynamic workplace, all while keeping a watchful eye on labor laws and regulations.

  • Learning and Evolution Guru: Develop and manage training and development programs that inspire and upskill our team members, keeping them on the cutting edge. Embrace new technologies to enhance training and development.

  • Benefits Wizard: Administer and optimize employee benefits, ensuring our team stays happy, healthy, and well taken care of. Utilize innovative technologies for benefit administration.

  • HR Visionary: Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that resonate with our agency’s values, sparking innovation and creativity. Embrace cutting-edge HR technologies to support your vision.

  • Cultural Architect: Cultivate a workplace culture that’s a beacon for diversity, teamwork, and inclusion, utilizing innovative solutions.

  • Lawful Guardian: Stay ahead of the curve on labor laws and regulations to ensure that EMC remains compliant and forward-thinking. Utilize innovative legal technologies and employ your negotiation skills for contract negotiations.

  • Well-being Advocate: Prioritize the safety, health, and well-being of our employees, creating an environment where they can flourish. Provide administrative support on various related tasks, using innovative administrative tools.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 
  • A proven track record as an HR Manager or a similar role, with strong negotiation skills, the ability to conceptualize legally valid employment contracts, and a progressive mindset for finding and implementing new, efficient, and suitable technologies to foster innovation.

  • A deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and a passion for driving innovation.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication that spark connections.

  • Problem-solving prowess and an innate ability to stay ahead of the curve.

  • A dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace culture that breathes creativity and teamwork.
