Job Overview

Creative Director

We are currently seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director who will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and conceptual direction of our projects. As the Creative Director at Evytal Management Consultancy, you will ensure that our work is not only aesthetically stunning, but also strategically sound. Collaborating with our clients, you will bring their brand visions to life, driving creativity, innovation, and design excellence within our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership: Provide creative vision, leadership, and guidance to the design and creative teams, inspiring them to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
• Brand Strategy Integration: Ensure that the creative work aligns with the agency’s brand strategy and resonates with the client’s objectives.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand, goals, and audience, and translate that understanding into creative concepts and design.
• Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and idea generation, creating compelling concepts and campaigns that set our work apart.
• Design Excellence: Oversee the development of design and creative assets, maintaining high standards of quality, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Project Management: Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among different teams within the agency to ensure a unified approach to creative projects.
• Trend Analysis:  Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our creative work.
• Client Presentations: Present creative concepts and ideas to clients, addressing feedback and evolving designs as needed.
• Mentorship: Develop and mentor creative team members, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, fine arts, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Creative Director in a branding, marketing, or design agency.
• Exceptional understanding of brand strategy and the ability to integrate it into creative work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor creative professionals.
• A portfolio showcasing a track record of innovative and visually striking creative work.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
