Client-Centric Account Director
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Director to lead our client services team. As the Account Director at Evytal, you will be the bridge between our clients and our agency, responsible for nurturing strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in driving client success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and understanding their brand, goals, and needs. You will be the key advocate for our clients within the agency.

Strategic Leadership: Oversee the strategic direction of client projects, ensuring that the agency’s brand strategy aligns with the client’s objectives. Your insights and guidance will shape our clients’ success.

Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts, generate new business, and drive agency revenue through client relationships. Your ability to spot opportunities and drive growth is critical.

Client Presentations: Present project updates, creative concepts, and ideas to clients, address feedback, and collaborate closely with clients on project direction. You will be the face of our agency to our clients.

Leadership and Mentorship: Lead the client services team, providing mentorship to team members and fostering their professional growth. Your leadership and guidance will inspire our team to excel.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience as an Account Director or a similar role in a branding or marketing agency.

Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and advertising.

Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong partnerships.

Excellent project management and budget management skills.

Data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret and act on client project metrics.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
