Registered Intermediary Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB). Partner Sven Willemsen (NL) brand & business strategist in sports & entertainment industry. He is responsible for general management, sports business, tech, contracts, media, marketing & sports relations in Europe & Latin America.

I have been a talented football player during my youth. I was selected by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) for the yearly regional top talent teams. I have played with top talent from De Graafschap, Vitesse and Go Ahead Eagles and played with my own youth team from VV Rheden against NEC and Willem II  and many more top teams in pre-highest youth levels in NL. Unfortunately, I got injured when I was 16 against the team from NEC Nijmegen. Luckily, I found out to have another talent after my injury, namely music. A few years later I toured around and managed a music label with multiple artists professionally. We were sponsored by Nike, NikeSB & Carhartt and played at well known festivals like North Sea Jazz & Lowlands and Dutch music temples like Paradiso & Melkweg. Aside, I studied arts science & economics, philosophy, social and cultural psychology (doctoral exam in the latter). Sequentially, I worked as a creative and strategic manager in the national entertainment / media branche. After that, I became entrepreneur in digital tech and media (Deloittes Dutch top 50 growth company), strategic marketing and branding. I further developed towards the area of international corporate brand strategy and acquired a specialised MBA for Brand Management on top (MBM). I worked for various sports & health companies & initiatives like Fundacao Chance Real and became a brand director associate partner of Total Design Amsterdam. I was also part-time lecturing in brand strategy, business innovation, media, sports and entertainment management at University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (NL) and today  I’m committed as part-time lecturer Sports Management to the international private Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. Furthermore I’m co-founder and CEO of tech startup Brand Love inteIligence™. I write and speak fluently Dutch (native), English (near native), German (professional) and Portuguese (starter). Elias Germano

Scout | Coach | Intermediary

Partner Elias Germano ex professional international football player, youth team trainer & coach. He is responsible for talent scouting, coaching, training, sports projects, football club and athletes / football player relations in Latin America & Europe.

My football career started at the age of 14 in a youth team of a professional club in Brazil.
Other high level clubs in Brazil followed. I played for clubs such as Santos FC, Clube Regatas Vasco da Gama, Rio Branco de Americana, Cascavel FC. Those clubs played an important roll in my professional talent development. At the age of 23 I was transferred to SC Eendracht Aalst FC (B) where I stayed for 4 years. That club played in the highest division of the Belgium league back then. I had a 6 months visit pass for German Football competition in 2001. I then travelled towards Bosnia Herzegovina where I played at the well-known Jedinstvo FC Bihac.  Sequentially, I was transferred to Croatia, where I played for 2 seasons at NK Karlovac. After a few trials in NL, I went back to Brasil to play in Serie B. Unfortunately, I got a right knee injury there. It had such a major physical health impact that it directly ended my professional football player career. In 2005 I joined football again. Only this time as a soccer coach. I have been Involved in various sports and media projects ever since. From Fundacao Chance Real to the organisation of veteran professional football player matches for Brazilian municipalities and initiator of a youth football school together with Sven Willemsen. One could say I have gained extensive experience in the world of football. Through all my travelling and foreign stays I have learned many languages such as English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese (native). I’m totally ready for guiding top athletes and football players throughout their full careers and their sports aftermath. With our specialised ideas and programmes we can also help ambitious sport clubs become more significant. Let’s work together!

Berend Van Sluijters HBO

Football Club analyst & Marketing analyst

Berend is Evytal’s club analyst who is in charge of  club or player related projects. These projects can range from collaborations, partnerships, marketing/promoting proposals and more.

My passion for football started in my youth. I started playing when I was 5 years old at my local club and have played ever since. Football has always been a big passion of mine and a good way to clear my head. When playing football i am able to forget about all the daily stresses and focus on one thing. When I got older I started becoming more interested in the world behind football and the management side of the industry. From what I’ve learnt during my tertiary education and personal life, I knew I wanted to work in a company that is active in the football market and for me Evytal is a great company to implement my knowledge. I have a passion for marketing, sponsoring & setting up new business ideas.
